We began as a physical noodle restaurant chain and successfully expanded into the prepared noodle market. With hands-on seasoning expertise from direct consumer interaction and big data insights from retail/OEM operations, we've developed a versatile master recipe system.

Cooking Instructions:

  • Boil noodles in ample water (fully submerged).

  • Loosen noodles gently with chopsticks after 1-2 minutes.

  • Simmer at medium-low heat after 4 minutes (prevents overflow).

  • Adjust cooking time to preference (knife-cut noodles are ready when edges turn translucent).

  • Refresh water when cooking multiple batches for optimal texture.

煮面指南:


  • 水滚后放入面条(水量需完全没过面条)

  • 1-2分钟后用筷子轻轻拨散

  • 批量煮面时请换水或加足水量(保持面条劲道)
